Refund & Cancellation

1. We will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by the customer, we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by the customer.

2. If the order is not dispatched and if the customer wants to cancel the order then 3% cancellation charge will be applicable.

3. If the order is dispatched and if the customer wants to cancel the order then the customer has to bear the courier return charges and 3% cancellation charge will be applicable.

4. After cancellation, It will take 7-10 days to initiate the fund transfer to clients account.

5. We may amend its Cancellation And Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.

7. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 6 hours of placing the order by contacting us at [email protected]. We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.

8. If you cancel your order before your product has been dispatched, we will credit the full amount (in case of pre-paid order) in the original mode of payment.

9. If you cancel your order after your product has been dispatched, we will refund the amount minus shipping charges( in case of pre-paid order) for both Forward and RTO. Also, the charges will be refunded in original payment mode once we have received the product.

10. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Missori and accept Missori's decision regarding the cancellation.

Payments

The payments on Missori can be made using one of the following options Paytm/ Direct bank transfers/ Card Payment / UPI. Kindly mention your contact number as comment in the account transfers for us to trace the payment and confirm your order.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Missori. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time  -  All orders are processed within 1-2 business days except for the customised orders or pre-orders or as communicated during the order placement. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We will put an update over here (below) if the shipping time is delayed compared to regular shipping.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We offer free shipping Pan India. In most cases delivery to over 95% pincodes occur within 6-7 business days, but this may get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible and in case we are not able to deliver this within 45 days, we will issue a refund for your order.

* Next day delivery (NDD)  -  We offer Next Day Delivery for metro cities PAN India. Extra ₹ 250/- will be charged for the same and order has to be placed before 3 pm on the previous day. Please note, delivery may not happen on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Logistics 

The courier partner is chosen basis the availability, pricing and serviceability in the required pincode. For remote locations not covered by private couriers or locations with certain restrictions, we use Indian Postal Services (for domestic shipments).

For International shipments  - International shipping is not available as of now. We are working towards it and shall update here once done.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking  -  You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing
your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes  -  All domestic orders are tax paid and no additional tax is to be paid by the customer.

Damages  -  Please refer to the Exchange and return policy for the same.

Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

We offer seamless exchanges and returns in case you don’t like the product. A return request must be made by call/ Whatsapp on +91 9824520772 within 5 DAYS of DELIVERY of the order.The customer will be issued a replacement / refund/ store credit as per preference once the returned goods are received and verified at the Missori warehouse. For prepaid orders, the refund would in the bank account of the individual whose name is there in the billing details.

The units have been photographed under lights and the actual product may differ slightly when seen under normal lights, though we maintain the originality in the photographs to utmost extent.

We generally deliver all our products within 6-8 business days of placing the order. The dispatch time goes higher in cases where the customization is required by the customer or the product is to be made on order. Such cases will be intimated to the customer in advance.
